Membership Information System
It has always been a challenge to come up with an end-of-year status reports despite an attempt to keep members' information current.
At times, the listing seems inaccurate and hard to maintain when changes occur.
Thus rendering manual reporting to be unreliable source of information as time passes.
Being an international group also contributed to the delay of submission resulting in the information being outdated.
To help address this concern, this application intends to have a quick way of entering members' data (minimum info)
which can be retrieved anytime, anywhere an internet access is available.
The main goal of the system is to provide membership listing and statistics by area including the ministries based on the updated information.
But just like any other system, data should be entered in a timely manner to guarantee accuracy of the information.
How the system works
The SURNAME and FIRSTNAME fields will determine if the information has already been entered into the system.
It will be added if it is not present yet. Otherwise, the information already stored in the system will be updated.
Once entered, the information will be used to generate reports by Area. This will be handled by another link and will be provided soon.
In the meantime, please enter the member information for later integration into households/groupings and reporting.
Search functionality
Please provide the
Surname and/or
Firstname below and then click on the "
Search" button to verify.
You may also
type the first few letters of the Surname/Firstname (i.e. "PA") to display all that starts with "PA".
Please take note that
"Pena" is different from
"Peña".
Also, you may enter an ID to find specific member's information.
Additionally, you can remove the whole information permanently in the system using the Member ID.
The search by surname/firstname functionality above will provide you with the ID if you don't have it yet.
